Hygieia Consulting was founded in 2022 by Melanie Cataldi, a social impact leader with more than 25 years of executive and operational experience spanning nonprofit leadership, collective impact initiatives, and social enterprise consulting.

Hygieia creates collaborative spaces where public health and community-focused professionals come together to do meaningful and effective work. From strategic planning and resource development to program implementation and capacity building, we partner with mission-driven organizations to strengthen and expand their impact. We also support institutions in becoming more responsive partners to the communities they serve.
